Reverse Engineering

Reverse Engineered a Nerf MKII Blaster and redesigned it for better manufacturability. Created CAD models and drawings of each of the 75 components and then made three major redesigns. Went through the material and process selection for each part, and then performed a cost analysis on the entire assembly. This led to a major decrease in manufacturing and assembly costs.
